Enrollment
New Participants
If you are enrolling for the first time, be sure you have your company code. You should have been provided this by the person at your Company who is coordinating Avenues programs on-site.
Go to the "Register Account" tab. Sign-up is easy and will just take a few minutes.
If you do not know your company representative, please send us a brief e-mail stating your Company name, location (address, city and state), and use heading "send me Company Contact Person), and we will e-mail to you the name of your company contact. information@avenueswellness.com
Class Enrollment
Once you have registered an account, you are a "Member" and you will be able to enroll in a class.
- Go to Member Log-in. Enter your member login-in ID and password. If you have forgotten your information, there will be a button where you can have the information e-mailed to the e-mail address you gave us at registration.
- Select the Class and Enroll. You will see the current roster of classes. If classes are full, you will be placed on a waiting list, and you will be notified if openings occur, by e-mail.
- Member Co-Pays. Depending on your Company's arrangement, there may be a member payment due. You will be provided information by your Company about this. If there is a co-payment, you can pay by Visa or MasterCard. Enrollment is complete when payment is approved. You will be able to print a receipt on-line
