II. Lunch and Learn Programs

  • 30 minute to one hour Group Sessions that can be held as a Topic-Based Series or Single Classes
  • Some “Lunch and Learn” series are sold as subscription services (see above)
  • Live Trainer and “Webinar” delivery is available.
  • Wide-ranging series of subjects designed for presentation in the work-place, or self study as a workplace wellness offering.
  • Each course has an outline for a trainer to follow, a power point presentation for the classroom, and participant materials.
  • “Train the Trainer”: Some courses can be produced as DVD taped “Master” with the lecture presentation by a qualified trainer on your staff. This is a great way to take advantage of your Company’s existing internal trainers. With a DVD master, the course may be facilitated on site by a general trainer. This option is available as a custom order.

    » Baseline Weight and Health Risk Assessment. Retake at 6 months and 1 year.
    » Monthly on-site or Web based classes. Individual telephone coaching. Provide Team based support and coaching techniques for team support.

  • Smoking Cessation
    » Research shows that smokers cause enormous health costs for companies, plus lost productivity for smoking breaks
    » Behavior hard to change – requires intensive course and program
    » We have a first rate programs which can be tailored and adjusted to fit your resource realities

  • Smart Patient Medical Prevention and Wellness Programs
    » “Wellness Promotion” awards points for regular check-ups, dental, check-ups, cholesterol, Blood pressure checks, flu shots, etc.
